Refund policy
We really hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here’s what you need to know if that’s the case:
- We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of your order delivery. If for some reason the delivery date is unavailable, the return window starts on the order's fulfillment date plus a 3 day buffer for transit time.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, smoke, stain, and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet this criteria.
- Returns and refunds are not accepted on Final Sale items. Final Sale items include all seasonal and holiday merchandise as well as anything marked on sale at your time of purchase. Items purchased with coupon codes CAN be returned unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit after we have received your return.
- Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. Please note that shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for store credit.
- It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
If there was a mistake with your order or you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at the email below within 14 days with your name, order number, and include an image of the defect. We'll do our best to sort out your issue.
